Sauvin Lager

Brewer's Notes

I no chill so added last 20g french pressed into fermenter the next day.
Used 2 x Saflager W34/70 yeast (couldn't see on yeast list?).
I got 27L at the end of boil but lose a bit to trub and cube.
OG was 1052 FG 1010

I've done a few of these lagers all 100% NS. When I no chill I treat the cube as a 10min addition and add the final hops to a litre of boiling water for a few minutes before adding to the fermenter (once all done and at 1C). Never an infection and great aroma, the addition looks like green tea.

Good to see a 100% NW lager in here
