Pillowbita Blonde

Brewer's Notes

Not to be confused with Aussie Low Carb beers. Brewed using typical extract methods. Steeped grain @ 66 - 68 degrees. 6 litre boil with 580 gram ldme to bring up to 1040. Boil for 60 mins. Added rest of the fermentables at flame out. Turned out to be a full bodied beer, similar to an APA. Getting better with age
