Brewer's Notes
I have found my powells malt to really lack in malt flavour and I'm sure the low efficency does not help. I called this a Munich Pils but it probably doesn't fit into any real style. Came out just as I wanted though. have done a few since.
UPDATE: The 40 gram hop addition was actually mash hopped and the total IBU's should be around 32. Beersmith also gives me a colour of 15.3 EBC.
