Brewer's Notes
Single temp infusion mash at 67 deg. batch sparged, 70 minute boil and no chilled. Yeast is Safale US 05. Repitched on cake from previous batch and fermented at 16 deg. Actual OG 1046 and FG 1014.Racked to keg with polyclar and filtered and carbonated. Grain to brain in 6 days. Possibly a little dark in colour and a touch too roasty for style but a fantastic beer nonetheless.
