Brewer's Notes

There are many different recipes on the net for this. I recall that I enjoyed this immensely many years ago, but haven't seen it in the bottle shop for ages, so here is my attempt - its in the brew fridge right now.

Update - This Beer got 2nd palcein the Strong Ale Category, VicBrew 2010. Maybe not a perfect clone, but a good beer nonetheless!! Next time I wouldreduce the treacle (say 250g), and increase mash temp say 69 degrees.
