Brewer's Notes
Designed to be in the spirit of Sleeman's Honey Brown Lager, a Canadian beer that's a great winter brew! According to Beersmith, bitterness was 26.6 IBUs, Colour was 27.4 EBC, OG was 1.052 and FG was 1.011 making the alcohol 5.3%. Brown malt is actually Bairds.
