Golden Grand Cru !!

Brewer's Notes

Made this one from a little reading and a little luck. Lots of banana profile even though I fermented at the bottom end of the range for wlp500. Added citric acid mash to get PH of 5.4. Mash Temp 63 deg. Ferment temp 17-19 deg. OG 1086, FG was 1013 which was a bit low, so came in at 9.4%. balanced well though.
