Golden Amber Ale.

Ale - American Amber Ale
Partial
- - - - -

Brewer's Notes

Mash @ 66 degrees, sparge with usual temp and method, the yeast is actually a SAF-US56 however doesnt have that option here, this comes out very hoppy, very light and and very refreshing. Next time might add some light munich and cascade or simco for a bit more variety in the taste, still though as one of my first serious partial mash's ecstactic with the result and easy to do.
