Fruit Tingle IPA

IPA - India Pale Ale
Extract
* * * * - 1 Votes

Brewer's Notes

***Galena hops are GALAXY flowers (weren't in database) - 0 min addition is a DRY HOP at day 8. ***
Only crash chilled a day prior to bottling which left a nice pale cloudy pour straight out of the bottle. Just like a pale should look like!
Tastes like a fruit explosion combined with a good heavy malt profile, full body and full mouthfeel. One week in bottle this was already a great drop.

This was my first time using hop flowers and i must say they seem to give a smoother bitterness than pellets...

This IPA is very malty, sweet with a good hop balance at 60 ibu. Tastes and smells like a fruit salad, very sessionable and this was after only a week in the bottle. :icon_drool2: Best beer ive brewed and personally as good as if not better than my favourite commercial beers on tap. Vale Ale, Fat Yak.

If you like malty, full bodied fruity beer in good balance then give this recipe a go :icon_chickcheers:
