Fishburn IPA

IPA - India Pale Ale

Brewer's Notes

Hops were actually a hopburst of:

40g Amarillo
41g Simcoe
42g Nelson Sauvin
40g Columbus/Tomahawk
20g Chinook

Calculated AA of 11.54%, extract was morgans masterblend lager malt, yeast was dried US-56, low efficiency I think due to the extract as it came out a lot darker than this, finished @ 1014, so ~7%. Nice and smooth, big hops flavour, very easy to drink. 50g gram addition was dry hopped.
