Ale - American Pale Ale
Kit & Kilo

Brewer's Notes

Tip the Coopers Euro Lager and Mexian Cerveza into the fermenter. Add 0.5kg dextrose and LDME. Top up to 23L and stir/aerate.
Rehydrate 1 packet of American ale yeast in 200ml water.
After 4 days dry hop with cascade and amarillo.

Next time I brew this I'll drop the dextrose and just add 0.5kg malt and increase the dry hop to 15g each. About 10 days ferment, chill and rack onto gelatine for a few days, transfer to keg. Drink fresh although it won't last long on tap!
