Brewer's Notes
Genesis for the name was the nasty looking European Wasp that kept hovering around the runoff. They must love sweet wort. Hit some nice middle ground here between an APA and Special Bitter. My first use of Wyeast 1098. Where has this yeast been all my life? Love it! All zero minute hop additions were FWH.
