Earwig Hefeweizen II

Brewer's Notes

Nice hefe. Very much sold on the Fermentis WB-06. Clove/bubble/gum/vanilla nose. Wheat tartness in the flavour. Too easy to drink for its given strength.
Note: yeast used was Fermentis WB-06. Also I think colour specs read too far on the low side on this d/base. Promash has beer at 15 EBC which to my eyes is more true to spec.
