Dark Not So Mild

Brewer's Notes

No chill, 1st 0min flavour hops added @ flameout before 20min whirlpool, 2nd 0min aroma hops added 5min before draining to cube. BB Pale Malt was actually MaltEurop Australia Ale (3.5 EBC). Yeast 13g MHB Dry Nottingham. Put down 4/11/09. FG 1009.
