Challenging Pale

Brewer's Notes

No chill, 5min flavour hops added @ flameout before 20min whirlpool, 0min aroma hops added 5min before draining to cube. BB Pale Malt was actually Bairds pale, Crystal is actually Bairds Medium Crystal.
