Brewer's Notes

An excellent representation of Neill's original extract version, to me a lot more mellow over time. Not a bang in your face bitterness as I had with the extract, it was somewhere around 50 IBU's.

Actual IBU's 32, ABV 4.8%. Ferment at 19 deg c. 67 deg mash BIAB, no mash out.

Seems a lot smoother than the extract version, mellows out a whole lot more after a couple of weeks in fridge. :beerbang:

Looks like a great one to try. Been looking for an AG version for a while.
