Brewer's Notes
I have tried to brew a good English IPA many times over the years but i got this one right. I used some maize to add a sweetness and keep the body down, and the hop combo just works so well.
I also dropped 20g of fresh dried Goldings hops from my plant in the keg and cable tied a bit of mylon filter cloth over the keg pickup.
Best English IPA i have had, bought or home made.
