Brewer's Notes

Used Danstar Munich Wheat yeast 1pck.
Mash Temp 65C for 60min, Mash out at 75C for 10min
Brewed in a bag.
Dry-hopped with 2 plugs od Styrian Goldings on second fermenter for 7 days.
Very nice summer beer with a hop kick.
