Hey there, interested in making my first AG brew, like the sound of this one :)

Just wondering, when bottling, is it required to put carbonation drops / sugar into the bottle? Or will they naturally carbonate?
 
And furthermore you always want to wait until a beer is fermented out before bottling as you can never be too sure what the terminal gravity will be!

Hey tangent - why the 45 minute addition?
