Brewer's Notes

Mash for 30 Min at 62-63, then 30 min at 68. 76 degree decoction mashout.

85/10/5 Ale/Carared/Wheat
1.048 OG
Coopers Yeast
30 IBU POR at 60 min

Malt & Fermentables

4.26 kg BB Pale Malt
0.5 kg JWM Wheat Malt
0.25 kg Weyermann Carared

Hops

Just for everyones information, this is a recipe that is inspired by two beers brewed by members if this forum. It is basically a hybrid of one of bribie's and butters. The grain bill is inspired by bribie and the mash is inspired from butters. I was going to take a pic of this beer now, but just as I tried to pull the last pint, it went pfffffffft. Will be brewing this one again!
