Brewer's Notes

Also add to mash 0.5kg Flaked Rice (not in ingredients list). Mash 30min@60; 60min@67; M/O 10min@77; sparge @ 78C. Boil time 60min. FG= 1.004. Largered @ 0-1C for one week after secondary.
