Ausmas tea-tree Kolsch

Ale - Kölsch
All Grain
- - - - -

Brewer's Notes

Mashed as a double decoction 55-67-74 degrees.
Primary fermentation was 19 degrees.
Flavoured with 100g tea tree (Leptospermum scoparium) branch tips.
Flavour after conditioning is very refreshing, and very clean. The tea tree is not overpowering but seems to come through as a funky late hop.
Will be brewing it again!
