Brewer's Notes
I actually used flaked rice instead of flaked maize but there is no listing for rice. I used a single decoction method which resulted in an og/fg of 1.052/1.012 and an ABV of 5.36%, slightly higher than was calculated here. Give it a try. A good Aussie/German Lager
