8 legged brown dog ale

Brewer's Notes

this beer was done as BIAB using a 50ltr pot, started with around 40 ltrs and ended up with 25ltr.
Mashed at 66c for 90 minutes, mashed out at 69-70c.
Added 1 1/2 teaspoon of Irish moss at 80 min.
Used 1 pkt safale so4 yeast
was left in the fermenter for 2 weeks in the fridge at 18.c
Bottled this brew, so primed with 190g dextrose.
the grains I used were not on the menu list, so I have used the same grain but different company. Crystal grain was crystal 90.
Turned out a good brown ale easily knocked back with all that good flavour of an english brown ale.............the lads are happy with it.
