Switch Nelson & Centennial around, but either way - not too much. Lovely combo though. I have a fair amount of both in the freezer, so fantastic to hear how it turns out.

Goomba

looks alright to me, but a centennial dry hop could improve it imo. and maybe add some crystal unlesss you want it pretty dry.

i havent used carared before usually using caramunich in this sort of beer but quantity seems alright to me.

I recently did some reading online re: use of Nelson Sav. General consensus is:

- Use NS for late/dry hopping
- Use NS in moderation
- NS works well with other fruity/resiney hops e.g Galaxy, American C-hops etc

Stew

big +1 for some crystal malt in there, depending on what type, I'd go 200g dark, or 3-400g pale (something like CaraMalt). CaraRed wont go astray at the suggested amounts

Oh yeah to the recipe and some CaraRed! Wonderful.

Thanks for all the great advice guys. Have taken it all onboard and tweaked the recipe again. I think its looking pretty good now. Will put this one down tonight and report back.

Thanks again. :)
