Single Infusion 60mins @ 64deg

Sparge 23L @ 85deg

Boil 60mins

Id get your bittering addition in earlier, 45 minutes at least, other than that looks fine to me.

Looks like a nice Helles waiting to happen.

I'd increase boil and mash times to 90 minutes. Even think about a stepped mash if you are equipped to do it but it's no big deal either way.

Also bitter at 60 mins as already advised by Yum Beer.

What's the benefit in doing a longer boil/mash?

Lower temp mashes can benefit from longer duration to help extract convert all the sugars.

Longer boils are recommended for pilsner malts to drive off the precursors to DMS which can develop during ferment.

What he said.
WHat are your expected IBU's?
