Hey guys.

Was going to ask if this recipe sounded good but I just went ahead and made a 4-5L batch in my demijohn (so handy) :D.

I used

~4L Berri apple juice
~100 grams frozen raspberries (muddled into a puree)
5-10 raisins
150g honey
EC-1118 yeast

First I put the puree into some hot water (70 degrees c) along with the raisins and maintained 70 degrees for around 20 minutes.
I waited for the water to cool a little and added the honey to dissolve.

Then i dumped it all in the demijohn to make a nice red/pink cider (which tasted amazing mixed already)

Did an OG test which came out to be ~1.054 so if I am correct should come to around 7.4%.

Just trying to contribute some recipes since ive received heaps of help here. Will let you guys know how it goes :).

Do you guys think this will turn out well?

Sounds good. If it were me though I'd do two things: use a less attenuative yeast, and add the raspberries after the first week. Should get more raspberry that way. Sounds good though.
