I have built a herms system and used it for the first time the other day and had the usual issue i have read about on other threads, that is the time it takes to ramp the temp up.
My question is, dose it matter how long it takes to ramp up for the mash out? Weather it can be done in two minutes or twenty minutes, to me i dont really care waiting twenty minutes.
Is there a reasson it should be as quick as possible?
Is there any flovours wanted or unwanted been introduced or lost due to the ramp time alone?
What is the general consunsus on the best ramp time?
