Raising a glass to my Great Grandfather, Frederick Harkness 18791, 1st Bn., Grenadier Guards who died on 10 March 1915 Age 35. He was killed in action in Northern France…As you get older you appreciate the sacrifices of those who have gone before you even more. To all those that have made sacrifices in the name of freedom and democracy I raise a toast.
