racetrack keg lid

Hi there folks. Have option to buy racetrack lid corny kegs along with the standard oval type. Search on here suggests to give them a wide berth due trouble sourcing parts, however those posts were all old.

Anyone got up to date info on oval lids and if you can get parts?
