Hi all,
I'm getting ready to do some more all grain brewing and as I'm reading some of the recipes in the book they list steeping grains.
I'm would like to know if I still need include these in my gran bill?

Yes include the steeping grains with the other grains in your mash.
 
But- and there's ways a but. Some like to add dark grains later in the mash. I'll let you read up on 'roast / dark / black grains late in the mash" for further info.
