Promash Ebc Colour Settings

Several people, having downloaded the Promash Aussie malt data file, have reported variations in what Promash indicated as EBC colour and what the data sheets on our website indicated. The difference is simply in the settings in the "Options" dialog. Under "Beer & Malt Colour" you have a choice of 3 settings - SRM for US Lovibond, Traditional EBC and New Method EBC.

You should be using "New Method EBC" which has been the standard sinc 1987
