I just bought a ten dollar electric hand mixer yesterday, the type were you push a button and it ejects the mixing whisks so they can be sterilized. Using a beer jug as a container it did a brilliant job of mixing up the Isinglass and I treated a batch of lager currently in the fridge, I'll be kegging this afternoon.
