Just made my first pear cider and thought i should share it came out great.

- Mangrove Jack pear cider extract
- 1KG dextrose
- 4 fresh pears juiced
- 1/2 a bottle of pear essence
- mix kit and dextrose as per instruction
- add pear juice before adding water
- add only half the supplied sweetener (none if you want it dry)
- top up the water
- add the essence
- add supplied yeast
- it started at about 1042
- finished about 2 weeks in fermenter at 1010
- I bottled in 750 ML bottles with 2 carbonation drops and let sit for 6 weeks before trying
