Nice rig mate! just 1 question, how long does it take to get to mash temp with 2 small elements??
doesn't take long at all, about 35 - 45 min (depending on ambient temp), for the full 50L to get to 74c.
they are 2200w ea, so whilst physically small, there is a fair bit of power input to the HLT. 4400w equals about 18.3 Amps total
