Hi. I have a Wine Expert classic 4 week Merlot Chile Kit. It is sweet! Not dolcetto and syrah sweet but sweet. The gravities were all within the tolerances given so it isn't the issues. Has anyone done this kit before and had the same outcome. I have a 6 week Reserve Shiraz in now so fingers crossed it isn't a 'KIT' thing.
