What do you think of this recipe, the grain bill is from http://www.gladfieldmalt.co.nz/home-brewer/brewing-recipes/ and reduced by 20% to reduce the alcohol.

[SIZE=10pt]0.44g Redback Malt[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]0.28 Sheperds Delight Malt[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]0.05 Acid Malt[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]HOPS[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]25g DR Rudi [/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]40g Motueka[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]80g Moutere / Brooklyn[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]40g Nelson Sauvin[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]@60 Mins Boil Time add 25g Dr Rudi[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]@10 Mins add Whirlfloc and Yeast Food (quarter teaspoon)[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]@0 Mins Turn off Boil and add 40g Motueka, 80g Moutere/Brooklyn and 40g Nelson Sauvin (20min Whirlpool)[/SIZE]
