G'day folks,
I joined up about 5 years ago and didn't get around to doing any serious brewing and kinda drifted away from the site/scene. However, I have just bought a 3 vessel gravity system from a friend who has been doing AG beer for a while (very good too I might add), as he is moving and can't keep the setup.
So, now that I will be up and running very soon, I thought it best to come back here and re-introduce myself.
As I said last time, I'll be doing more reading than posting for a while (so much reading...) as I'm sure most questions have been asked somewhere along the line.
