gday guys an gals my name is wayne. Ive been brewing since 91 and in kegs since 95 ive only brewed extract but i do unhopped malts with speciality grains adding my own hops. Ive recently got my foot in the door of commercial size brewing. I am beginning to brew at the Port Dock brewery hotel in pt adelaide. 1000 lt kettle...we are only an extract brewery but am having a ball doing it....carbonating my first brew at the monment
