Hi All,

Just saying Hi. Been brewing for a few years but moving away from commercial concentrates and going to own pressed or pre-pressed apple juice.

I used this method for making my own apple juice pre cider.

although I did simplify the apple pulper by just making a hopper to fit on the top and rested the insinkerator on a wall. Made a lot of juice.

Built the press myself and used a car bottle jack worked very well.

I'd seen the grinder approach to pulping I think that will be my DIY project in winter.
