Hey Everyone,
New member here. Long time lurker, but figured I'd create an account! AG brewer here using the Robobrew. I have around 8 brews under my belt. Love my PA, IPAS, NEIPAS etc, but keen to try some different beers and styles too!
Today's brew was a NEIPA, fermented under pressure using Opshaug Kviek with Azacca, Mosaic and the beloved citra.
6 hours after pitching it is hammering along!
Anyhow, that's me!
