I don't mean to be too self indulgent - BUT

I installed my new keg system over the weekend and poured my first brew last night.

Sensational !!!!!

The first led to a second and third and fourth etc etc. Kept using "go to get the pouring pressure right" excuse (wife shakes head in disgust). Eventially she gives up and goes to bed leaving me to wallow in my own self praise.

I think I'm in love :) :)

cheers

How's that pouring pressure, Quincy? I know I just can't seem to get mine quite right ;)

Pouring pressure seems to be OK. From time to time it needs a little tweaking. I've just finished a Bavarian Wheat (ESB 3Kg kit) that had poor head retention so getting the pouring pressure right was a bit of a drama.
Otherwise generally its OK.

Cheers
