G day ladies and Gentlemen
I am a new brewer With interests in Brewing GB , Lemonades and learning grain mixes.
My first attmpt at GB is currently brewing
1 Brigalow GB wort
1kg of dark brown suger
750ml of Rickfords Ginger cordial
1 lime's rind and Juice
2 Lemon's rind and Juice
2tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp chilli powder
20 saultana's
Digester / Fermenter is sitting on between 22 and 24 degrees .
