Thought i'd better finally introduce myself after coming on here since November to steal recipes. Jumped straight into BIAB after a mate at work kept bringing home brew for Friday drinks that didn't taste anything like my efforts with a can as an 18 year old.
so far I've put down the Smurto's golden ale, better red than dead, sticks and stones, the landlord, a basic aussie ale, little creatures bright ale and Tony's aussie wheat. past weekend did another ESB and cascade galaxy APA. So far the Irish Red Ale was one of the best beers I've ever had bought or made. Will be making that one again soon.
