Bout my 6th brew ever.

Coopers Real Ale / kit yeast.
1kg of BE1
&
Coopers Dark Ale / kit yeast
500g of BE1

Started off with 15 litres until the froth went down abit, then topped it up to 30 litres.
(refer to pic for what i thought may happen)

(Dont have a hydrometer.)

What kind of ABV would i expect?
And what IBU am i looking at?

Do youse think itll be any good?

I think the BE 1 is 60/40 dextrose/maltodextrin so according to ianh's spreadsheet

abv somewhere around 5.5% in the bottle
IBU around 48

Any good... maybe, may be a bit bitter though

only 5.5% ?

i might put the other 500g in also then.

I would like it to have a kick to it
