Oh it feels good!

Dr. Smurto's Golden Ale

Batch size: 28L
Boil size: 13L

1.5kg Coopers Amber LME
1.5kg Coopers Wheat LME
1.0kg Light DME
0.33kg Caramalt (Steeped for 30 mins)

27g Amarillo @ 60 mins
21g Amarillo @ 15 mins
20g Amarillo @ 5 mins
20g Amarillo @ Racking

US-05 yeast

Ferment temps @ 18 degrees

I was going to use the light LME but everywhere I went was sold out! So I settled with amber LME and hope it will be just as good.

All of the ingredients were increased to make it up to 28 litres.

I'm slipping!!!

P.S - I purchased some Swiss Voile today, and obviously have a larger pot (19L) so hopefully from now on it will be BIAB for me, until I move out of this tiny cabin and into a place with a shed!

EDIT: RECIPE and other info above!

is that it??? no recipe or anything. things must gone to plan then

nice tell us how it goes. i aint going to ag or biab till i get a 50lt pot :p

This was also the first time I've ever steeped specialty grains, and I can easily taste the difference in the samples. I have high hopes for this brew :)

MLP, your pretty much there, you can easily use that equipment to do AG BIAB! You'll definitely be happy you converted.
