tried this at lunch in Newcastle today...

thought it was an excellent pilsner

the only thing bad was it incredibly hard to pour without getting 4 inches of head...

laced well on the glass, and it was a treat to drink

Yep, I got very excited when I saw that they released this, I think it is a cracker pils.

I don't think the head thing is a problem, just good protein structure and reasonably high carbonation.

This is a pilsner and the Czech's do you love their head!

yeah, I had previously thought the best Aussie commercial Pilsner was the Redoak, but this beats it IMO

definately going to the brewery and sampling/buying some more of their line-up
