Hey have been some brews and have been using Muntons malt. Im looking to move up into a bigger quantity's but Muntons is not producing large enough amounts and i have to move to coopers. This is causing a fair bit of trouble with alot of my lighter lagers that used the muntons Light malt extract because the coopers is coming out a lot thinner with a stronger malt taste any ideas who else i could try or what i can add to change this?
