Does anyone have any experience with this kit? The recipe calls for 1kg of fermentables and I have read that good old table sugar is the best.
What about the kit yeast? Should I use something else like s05?
Thanks

I've not done that kit, but Muntons are far and away my favorite kits, I've done hundreds of them. Always come out well. And as they are located in an area of England famed for sugar beet farming if it says table sugar, you'll be safe with that.
Enjoy!
