Hi Darren,
At the next floccs at my place we will crush a kilo of pils malt and let is rest at 40c for 60 minutes and report back here the results.
60 minutes should be long enough .... at least for a few samples to pass the time.
Will you bring the pils malt? I'll provide the tun and the water.
